Mr. Naimi is co-founder and CEO of Gotech. Mr. Naimi started his own company “Tanajib for General Contracting” to provide oil field services to Saudi Aramco. Right from the start Mr. Naimi knew that to serve Saudi Aramco better he had to bring unique technologies into the Kingdom and in doing so would enable Saudi Aramco to save them millions of dollars in the process. In order to ensure the stability and continuing success of the company, Mr. Naimi formed a joint venture with the Al-Othman group and started Gas & Oil Technologies (GOTech) in 2006. The Al-Othman group, a trusted name and financially strong group, made it easy for Mr. Naimi to bring into the Kingdom the best and unique leading-edge technologies.

Mr. Naimi graduated with an accounting degree from Arab Beirut University in 1967, and joined Saudi Hollandi Bank, an affiliate of ABN AMRO, a Dutch bank which is the first and oldest bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He retired from the bank as a Board Member.

Mr. Abdulaziz is the founding member and Managing Director of GOtech (Gas & Oil Technologies), established to serve the oil and gas industry by recognizing the immense potential for growth within the energy sector of the Kingdom. His visionary approach to introducing new technologies in the Kingdom has been the cornerstone for GOtech’s success in launching joint ventures and providing top-tier oil field services. 

Mr. Abdulaziz has been instrumental in bringing globally renowned companies and cutting-edge technologies directly to clients, enhancing the industry’s capabilities. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Environmental Engineers, among other professional societies. Additionally, he is deeply involved in supporting small industries and various charitable initiatives as part of GOtech’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.

Mr. Abdulaziz holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from W.I.T in the US and an Executive MBA from Nottingham University in the UK.

Mohammed Al-Arakzeh is GoTech’s General Manager, responsible for establishing, directing all operations and trading policies of GOTech. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Yarmouk University in 1994, Currently attending Online Master of Arts (M.A.) in Leading Innovation & Change from York St John University.In addition he holds several recognizable certifications such as ULead from INSEAD Executive Education, Crisis Leadership Management and Communication from Harvard Business School Executive Education and Senior Incident & Accident Investigator from Kelvin TOP-SET. Mohammed is active member of American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Mohammed has around 20 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry, he started his career with National Resources Authority as Wellsite Geologist in 1995, then joined Geoservices (A Schlumberger Company)as Logging Geologist in North Africa and Middle East. In 2004, Mohammed moved to Saudi to establish Geoservices business and succeeded to bring it up to the top business unit worldwide. In 2013, Mohammed transferred to Asia Pacific & Oceania region as Regional Sales and Marketing Manger then appointed as Region Manager (Vice President) in early 2014. Mohammed joined GoTech team and started his job on 1st October 2015.

Rami El-Ashi is an accomplished Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Saint Martin’s University and completed postgraduate studies in Financial Engineering at Stanford University, USA. Rami previously worked at Saudi ARAMCO overseas in Hong Kong as a Joint Venture Statistical & Investment Analyst.

Currently, Rami is the Head of Business Development at GOtech, where he also manages the IKTVA program. As the IKTVA Champion, he plays a pivotal role in driving local content development. Rami was instrumental in the creation of GOtech's ERP system, showcasing his expertise in integrating advanced technology solutions to enhance business operations.

Ali Al-Yaquob is GoTech’s Operations Manager, handling GOtech internal and external business operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) (completed in 2004) and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Idaho State University, USA . Ali has 6 years’ experience with Schulmberger, Drilling and Measurement as MWD, Directional driller and Field Service Manager.

Mustafa Ali Elnour Is Gotech’s Senior Sales & Accounts Manager. Responsible to manage and carry out multiple portfolios of upstream and midstream accounts for Saudi Aramco, Drilling and Services Companies. He holds BSc honor in Electronics Engineering from Sudan University-2003 and MBA in Total Quality Management from UMST-2011.

Mustafa has around 16 years’ experience in Oil and gas, started his career with Schlumberger and between 2004 -2012 had been assigned to different operations roles in East and North Africa Locations as Field Engineer, Engineer In charge and Field Services Manager, late 2012 he transferred to Saudi Arabia as Aramco and KJO Logging While Drilling Sales and Accounts Manager handling Aramco RDD, RMD & RCD departments. In 2015 Mustafa was appointed as Drilling Sales Account Manager for Aramco Offshore, North Areas and KJO Drilling.

In early 2017 after SLB purchased Cameron, Mustafa had been selected to be part of the integrations and synergy team and joint Cameron Schlumberger as Valves & Measurements Services Sales & Accounts Manager handling Aramco Upstream & Midstream, Refineries and Petrochemicals companies.

Mohammed Almogtaba is a seasoned Well Intervention Manager at Gotech, where he is responsible for promoting new technologies and services to Aramco. An electrical engineer by education, Mohammed graduated from Sudan University in 2005. He brings 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry particularly in wireline case-hole domain, having spent 15 years with Schlumberger and 3 years with NESR. His extensive expertise and dedication to advancing the sector make him a distinguished professional in his field.

Eid AlQahtani is an accomplished professional with a background in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, having earned his degree from the University of South Wales. With nearly nine years of experience at Weatherford, where he honed his expertise and developed a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, Eid now serves as an Accounts Manager at GOtech. His extensive industry knowledge and experience make him a valuable asset to the team, driving success and fostering strong client relationships.

Mohammed Almutairi is an Account Manager at GOtech, responsible for introducing new oil and gas technologies to Saudi Aramco.  His primary obligation is to stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and technological advancements in the oil and gas sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science of Mechanical Engineering and a diploma in technology management entrepreneurship from the University of New Brunswick, Canada.

Mohammed is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers Society and has approximately four years of experience in oil and gas and one year in production and maintenance. He started his career as a maintenance manager in 2018 and then joined Weatherford as a wireline field engineer at the end of 2019.

Ali Al-Hakeem is GoTech’s Sales Engineer with a bachelor's degree in Engineering Geology from King Abdulaziz University, earned in 2007. With 16 years of experience in the oil and gas field, Ali began his career as a fluid engineer at MB Petroleum Services, gaining expertise in drilling and completion fluids. In 2010, he joined Earth Environmental Services as a field engineer, specializing in well-testing operations with a focus on zero-flaring initiatives. This career move highlights his dedication to environmental responsibility and operational efficiency in the oil and gas sector.

Abdelaziz M. Osman is the Finance Manager at GOtech, a leading local oil and gas services company in Saudi Arabia. He graduated from CMA with a degree in Management Accounting, bringing a robust background in finance and accounting to his role. Abdelaziz has been instrumental in steering the financial strategies and operations of GOtech. His expertise encompasses financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and operational efficiency. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strategic acumen, Abdelaziz has played a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance and supporting the company's growth in the competitive oil and gas industry. His commitment to excellence and his proactive approach to financial management have made him a valuable asset to the GOtech team.

Nesreen Ahmed is Executive Secretary and Contracts Administrator, handling all aspects of secretarial work as well as contracts administrative matters. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineer from Sudan University of Science & Technology, 2005
